What I will need to begin on 2/11:
-8 cups of organic whole milk
- 1/2 cup of organic live/active plain yogurt
-fresh fruit of my choice
-thick bath towel
-slow cooker

You could halve the batch for experimentation's sake. I will say that the critical thing for yogurt is temp. That's going to be the critical thing, I suspect.
