My fermentation project

For this project I am choosing to create my very own yogurt. I have chosen to make yogurt because it's something I enjoy almost on a daily basis, and I think it would be very cool to say "I know how to make my own yogurt!".

What I will need to begin on 2/11:

-8 cups of organic whole milk
- 1/2 cup of organic live/active plain yogurt
-fresh fruit of my choice
-thick bath towel
-slow cooker

  1. You could halve the batch for experimentation's sake. I will say that the critical thing for yogurt is temp. That's going to be the critical thing, I suspect.
