Step 3:
  • Scoop 2 cups of cooked milk into a bowl
  • Whisk a 1/2 cup of plain active/live cultured yogurt in with the 2 cups of warm milk
  • Once stirred together I will pour the contents back into the crockpot and stir once more
  • Wrapped 2 thick blankets all around the crockpot to insulate
  • Now I will leave it to sit for the 8 hours
Observations: I have yet to see any difference. The milk is still watery but I did see bubbles located around the sides of the crockpot.
